LA DUCE VITA

Welcome to Pedappio, Benito Mussolini's birthplace. Discover the daily life of this city built to serve the dictator's propaganda, which has since become a rallying point for pilgrims. It is a city that every Italian visited, as well as many foreign leaders, during the fascist ventennio.

La Duce Vita is a three-part documentary. In each act, the main films form the principal theme. Interactive points punctuate the narrative to enrich it with contributions from various specialists (historians, philosophers, architects, etc.) Other short videos offer glimpses of daily life.
